    5. HOW WE USE YOUTUBE API SERVICE?   

    PerforMad may collect some data about your YouTube channel as permitted by YouTube's Terms of Service for use by our tools. By using YouTube Content within PerforMad’s Sites and Services you are agreeing to be bound to  YouTube’s Terms of Service  and  Google’s Privacy Policy . Additionally, when you sign-up for a PerforMad account, you may choose to authenticate to our Services through a method provided by Google. In those cases, you authorize us to access Personal Information and other data held by Google on an ongoing basis in order to provide the Services. By authenticating using a third-party authentication mechanism you acknowledge that you are authorized to perform this authentication and to grant PerforMad any associated privileges to that data. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the  Chrome Web Store User Data Policy , including the requirements. Users can revoke access to data collected via  YouTube API Services  via the steps outlined in  Google security settings.


    6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?  

    In Short:  We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.   

    The Sites may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Sites .     In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.  

    We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year .  

    When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

    10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
